To be able to make use of the Docex services, one needs to apply for membership. The membership fees are based annually and are affordable. This membership entitles you, the member, to send mail on a daily basis to any Docex member nationally for free (within the specified Docex weight limitations). The fee includes subscription to our unique track and trace system called CIS. This system makes use of barcodes, which are scanned in and out our Docex branches and thus enabling us to provide you, if need be, with an electronic Proof of Delivery. To become a Docex member, or require more information on this unique service, simply click on the name of the sales executive servicing you area, and e-mail him / her your details.
